By using elhashemya.com or Al-Hashemya services (discharge, storage, transport, documentation, vessel tracking), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. HQ: 49 Port Said Street, Abu Qir, Alexandria Governorate.
We provide vessel discharge, storage of bulk and bagged cargo (iron, phosphate, sulfur, urea, corn) in yards, warehouses, and silos, road transport with tippers, trailers, and containers, documentation and partial release, and a live vessel tracker.
Provide accurate shipment and B/L data, adhere to collection and release schedules, pay storage after the grace period, and never store prohibited or hazardous materials without disclosure.
Prices follow the quotation sent via WhatsApp/email and cover discharge and handling. Storage is billed daily after the grace period. Payment is upfront or as agreed. Payment delays halt release until settled.
We apply the care of a prudent operator in handling and storage. We are not liable for force majeure (storms, port closures, sovereign decisions) or damage caused by cargo nature or client delay. Compensation never exceeds the paid service value.
Site content (fleet photos 1-9, videos, text, design) is owned by Al-Hashemya. Copying without written permission is prohibited. B/L data is confidential and never shared without client consent.
We may update these terms with a notice on the site and a new update date. Continued use after an update means acceptance.
